help please

I just installed a Jardine rumbler on my bike which had a stock muffler with no baffles in it. It ran fine with the stock muffler but now runs like crap. It backfires like crazy and when reved up it seems to "bog" down. In your opinion do you think that rejetting or the white spacer would fix the problem.??
any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
